Nuts About Sketches #263

Good morning!  I hope that you are having a fabulous start to your week.  I am completely dragging.  I have a cold, & I am sooo tired (hence my post being a day late).  I had a wonderful weekend scrapping, but did not get much sleep.  The first night I was up until 3am, the second night 4am!  Needless to say, I had a lot of fun!! I got 29 pages done, & about 12 cards.  Not too shabby, huh?
 
Today I bring to you the latest layout using the most recent Nuts About Sketches sketch:
 
 
 
Basic Grey paper, chipboard, & stickers were used.  The brads & buttons may even be BG as well.  I used random flowers, some washi tape, & doodled the stitching. 
 
The layout is of Audra at a couple months old.  I really love scrapping them when they were lil.  It brings back the memories of the smell, their soft skin, & how they do things for the first time.  Almost makes me want another one.....ALMOST!!!

The Everyday Scrapper Blog Hop

Todays the day that our first ever blog hop starts, for The Everyday Scrapper ! We couldn't be more excited a bout it. Don't Fall Over!!!

Hello!!!   Please do not fall over, or think that you have misread something.  Yes, it is I!  It has been one year since my last post.  I pulled up my blog today to take a peak & I had, no lie, 20+ blog posts scheduled from the past year.  Schedule from September of last year, through February of this year.  Not one of them got posted!!  Can you believe that?  I am not sure what happened, but I obviously wasn't paying attention, now was I?   A lot has happened over the past year.  The company that Tony was with, that moved us to Texas, he no longer works for.  He was very unhappy in that position, & out of the blue a head hunter contacted him with a bigger better opportunity.  He has been in the new position, Safety Director, with AirGas since November of 2013. He seems to like it, & I now recognize the man who walks in the door each night. :)  My beautiful sister & husband had a baby, so I am an Aunt! Lil Violet was born 2 days before our anniversary (I'
