Red Carpet Studio: Lucky Leprechaun Blog Hop
Welcome to Day 2 of the Lucky Leprechaun Blog Hop, brought to you by the card design team of Red Carpet Studio!
If you've come from Kim's blog you're in the right place. If you've just come across the hop and would like to start at the beginning, please visit Red Carpet Studio.
This hop was put together to share with you fun and creative ideas for St. Patrick's Day projects along with introduce you to our new design team members AND officially announce our March Lucky Link-Up contest!
Before we get to all that fun information, I'd like to share my project with you. I created...
Have I ever mentioned how much I now enjoy making cards! I honestly used all scraps for this card. I had a random piece of left over green cardstock. I used my cricut to cut the clovers from the Designer's Calendar cartridge. When I pulled the clovers off the paper, I just used the same paper, cut to size, for my card. I then embossed the clovers using a Tim Holtz folder in my Cuttlebug, & embossed a white scrap piece of cardstock to match. I pop dotted the clovers to give them some dimension, added buttons, ribbon, & letters for the word "lucky". Voila! A card completely made from my scraps. Now only if I had the time to make more cards, as my scrap pile has turned into a box!!
I haven't given a RAK in a long time, so, I think it might be about time for me to do so. If you leave me a comment, & become a follower of my blog, you will be entered into a random draw for a RAK (yet to be determined). Stop back next week to see if you are a winner!
