The Crop Stop

I have always been told that when one door closes, another one opens. Well, I am sad to say that this week was my last week on the Design Team for Nuts About Sketches. It was a great run, Shawn has wonderful sketches, that I will continue to use each week, but my time is up. Thank you, Shawn, for the fabulous opportunity to be on the dt. {door closes}

{door opens} I am very happy to tell you that I have been selected to be on the Crop Stop's Design Team! I will be working with them from March through August! I am so excited, & cannot wait to see what they have in store for me! They have a fabulous store, & the talent, whew! it is certainly amazing! I am really looking forward to working with the ladies over there! If you have the chance, head on over & take a look. The forum is just hoppin w/ ideas & creativity! Hope to see you there.

With that being said, here are my last two posts for Nuts About Sketches.

This is sketch #96. It is of My oldest, Emma, this year at her Christmas program for preschool. She did not sing one single word, however, she was up there hamming it up! She was dancing, & posing, & waving, & having a grand ole time. It was quite commical! The pictures came out quite blurry because I didn't have a clear shot of her through all the other parents heads, but it got the point across.

And this is #97. These are pictures that span about a month or so as we were preparing our backyard for the swingset. Our yard isn't the most level, so we had to build the one end up. & the bottom 2 pics on the right are lil Audra sitting in front of it, & Emma getting her first glance of it. We spend a lot of time out there in the summer! Our favorite place to be.
